By reserving a puppy, Buyer agrees to these policies. These guidelines exist to protect our dogs, our program, and the families who trust us.

🐶 Puppy Placement Philosophy

Our puppies are raised in our home, handled daily, and socialized in a family environment. Because of this, we carefully consider each placement to ensure the puppy and family are a good match.

We reserve the right to decline a sale if we believe placement is not in the puppy’s best interest.

📸 Communication & Updates

We love staying connected with our puppy families. Updates are welcomed but never required.

We ask for respectful communication throughout the process.

🏠 Home Environment Expectations

Our puppies are sold as companion animals and should:

  • Live indoors as family members

  • Receive proper nutrition and veterinary care

  • Be treated humanely and responsibly

We do not support neglect, resale, or surrender without contact.

🧬 Breeding Rights

Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing:

  • Puppies are sold as pets only

  • Unauthorized breeding violates our agreement

Breeding rights require prior approval and additional terms.

💰 Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are required to reserve a puppy

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless Seller cancels the sale

  • Deposits may be transferable at Seller’s discretion

  • Remaining balance is due before or at pickup

We accept only agreed-upon payment methods.

🔁 Return Policy

If you are ever unable to keep your puppy, we ask that you contact us first.

We reserve the right of first refusal to assist with rehoming. Our goal is to ensure every puppy remains safe and cared for.
